All pieces are handcrafted. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional production time, which will be indicated on each product page.

Shipping Within Japan

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within Japan.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on destination and courier availability.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Shipping fees vary depending on destination country and whether the customer chooses optional Insurance for extra protection.

Insurance is highly recommended for high-value or one-of-a-kind pieces. Rates will be calculated at checkout or quoted upon request.

Taxes & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country. Please check local regulations before ordering.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during transit unless Insurance has been added. If insurance is purchased, we will support claims with the courier on your behalf.

紛失・破損について

保険が付帯していない場合、配送中の紛失・盗難・破損に関して当店は責任を負いかねます。
