All jewelry sold by Zzpsi is handcrafted and artist-made. Many pieces are one-of-a-kind or produced in limited quantities.
Due to the handmade nature of the work, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the character of each piece.

Orders & Payment
All prices include applicable consumption tax unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

Shipping
All items shipped within Japan receive free shipping.
Shipping times and costs vary depending on destination and item type (ready-to-ship or made-to-order).
Ready-to-ship items generally ship out within 3-5 days of payment processing.
Made-to-order pieces are handcrafted especially for you and require approximately 3–6 weeks to complete. Once your piece is finished, you will be notified by email and your order will be shipped promptly.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the one-of-a-kind and handcrafted nature of the jewelry, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for non-defective items once shipped.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

ご注文・お支払いについて
特に記載がない限り、すべての価格には消費税が含まれています。
お支払いはご注文時に全額お支払いいただきます。ご利用可能なお支払い方法は、チェックアウト画面に表示されます。
お支払いの確認が完了するまで、ご注文は確定・処理されません。

配送について
日本国内への発送はすべて送料無料です。
配送にかかる日数や費用は、配送先および商品種別（即納品／受注制作）によって異なります。
即納品は、通常お支払い確認後 3～5営業日以内 に発送されます。
受注制作商品は、ご注文後に一点ずつ制作されるため、完成まで 約3～6週間 お時間をいただきます。完成次第、メールにてご連絡のうえ、速やかに発送いたします。
海外発送の場合、関税・輸入税・その他手数料はお客様のご負担となります。

返品・交換について
一点物およびハンドメイド作品の性質上、発送後の返品・返金・交換は、不良品を除きお受けできません。
万が一、商品に破損や不具合があった場合は、商品到着後 7日以内 にご連絡ください。
当方の判断により、修理・交換・返金のいずれかで対応いたします。
