Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted with care and intention. Due to the nature of handmade and one-of-a-kind items, please review the following policy carefully before purchasing.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for non-defective items once an order has been shipped. This includes made-to-order pieces and one-of-a-kind items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

After review, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

• Replacement (if possible)

Shipping Issues
Zzpsi is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping-related issues.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
For ready-to-ship items, cancellation requests must be made before the item is shipped.

返金ポリシー
Zzpsi をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
当店のジュエリーはすべて、一点一点手作業で制作された作品です。
ハンドメイドおよび一点物作品の特性をご理解のうえ、以下の内容をご確認ください。
返品・返金について
すべてのご注文は原則として返品・返金不可となります。
発送後の返品・返金・交換は、不良品を除きお受けしておりません。
受注制作商品および一点物商品も同様です。
不良品・破損品について
商品に破損や不具合があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内に、以下のメールアドレスまでご連絡ください。
ご連絡の際は、注文番号および不具合箇所が分かる写真を添付してください。
確認後、当方の判断により以下のいずれかで対応いたします。
• 修理
• 交換（可能な場合）
• 返金
配送トラブルについて
配送業者による遅延・紛失・破損について、Zzpsi は責任を負いかねます。
ただし、問題解決のため可能な限りサポートいたします。
キャンセルについて
制作開始後のご注文キャンセルはお受けできません。
即納品については、発送前に限りキャンセルが可能な場合があります。
